Having good health is also about having God’s mercy and compassion in our hearts. Here are a few promises from the Bible:

” Blessed is he that considereth the poor: theLordwill deliver him in time of trouble.TheLordwill preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.TheLordwill strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.” – Psalms 41:1-3

“The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.” – Proverbs 11:25

“My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.Trust in theLordwith all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear theLord, and depart from evil.It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones” – Proverbs 3:1-8

We encourage to pray for God’s love to dwell in your heart and to ask the Lord where you could help the needy. It can be in your neighbohood, in your town or overseas. It can also be by supporting a non-profit.
