Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 cups oat flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 flax eggs
- – 1 1/2 plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings:
- 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- Fruits
Directions
- Cook the sweet potatoes. Roast for 45 minutes at 400 degrees F. Cool them and mash them.
- Mix up the dry ingredients powder
- Mix up the wet ingredients together.
- Mix up the dry and wet ingredients together very well
- Pre-heat your waffle maker
- Pour a small amount of batter into each quarter section of the lower cooking surface and cook until crispy
